How can I post a new topic

In forum, click "New", if have the authority, you can see "vote, prize, event, trade", click and enter the functions.

caution: Normal setting higher member can use these 4 functions. If Normal subject, click directly "New", you also can use "Speed New" in the lower part. Normally must register first.
